About Tim

It all started whenโ€ฆ

Tim grew up cooking and learned much of his passion for food helping his grandfather in the garden, and cooking with his dad. With time he began to understand health on another level, recognizing the power of our bodies when they are fueled with the best ingredients and given the proper care. This only ignited his passion for helping other people live their best lives.

He began to take initiative with his own health, started an organic farm with his brother, and began his health coaching career in 2012. Soon, his love for cooking and fresh ingredients made his way into a living: he began making his own bone broth, cooking for events, and offering his services as a private chef in 2016.

When Tim isnโ€™t coaching or cooking, you can find him on the top of a mountain with a snowboard under his feet, traveling the globe, fly fishing in Montana, spending time with friends and family, reading on his deck in Hood River, Oregon, or in the local cross-fit gym.
