What do I get in my Healthy Meals Subscription?


In what ways can
I customize my order?

1) You can customize your order for your dietary preferences. Don’t eat dark meat, but you see chicken thighs on the menu? You can request chicken breasts.

2) You can size up and size down an individual dish. See a favorite dish on the menu for next week, or want a larger protein portion? Feel free to size up that individual dish to meet your needs. 

3) You can eliminate or substitute specific dishes. Not a fan of brussel sprouts? Ask for that dish to be eliminated, or you can request more of another dish from the menu to replace it.

*To customize your order, reply to the weekly menu e-mail (sent on Wednesdays) by end of day Friday.

 
 

What are the pick-up times and locations?

Meals are delivered or picked up every Monday at:

Dicky Farm Store
806 W Steuben St, Bingen, WA 98605 
Between 2:45pm - 5:45pm.

OR
Healthy Meals HQ
1115 Hull St. Hood River, OR 97031
Between 4:45pm and 6:15pm.


Can I have my Healthy Meals delivered?  How much is the delivery charge?

Yes! Weekly delivery is available for an additional $7.
Just let Tim know by Sunday, at 8pm.


What if I miss the pick-up window, or I need a late-notice delivery?

Life happens and unexpected things come up. If you are unable to pick up your Healthy Meals during the scheduled pick-up window (and you didn’t notify Tim by 8pm, Sunday), you can a request a late-notice delivery by texting or calling Tim. 

A late notice delivery is $10.


Can I temporarily pause my Healthy Meals subscription?

Yes! You can pause your subscription for one week or more if needed.
Simply email Tim by the end of day Friday, to pause for the next week’s meals.

(More notice is appreciated, if possible.)


Can I get a discount on my Meal Subscription?

Yes! You can save 5% on your weekly meal subscription by prepaying 3 months (12 weeks) of Tim’s Healthy Meals by cash or check only. Meal subscription pauses will still be accepted and accounted for.

Current Members: You can also get $25 off your subscription if you refer a friend + the new subscriber gets $25 off too!


Do you offer an Automatic Payment option?

If you sign up, you will no longer have to pay your invoice manually. Each week that you receive food, your card will automatically be charged. When you pause, your automatic payment will also be paused for that week (or weeks). To sign up, contact Tim and he will enroll you.


How do I share Healthy Meals with friends and family?

Healthy Meals makes a great gift! Gift Certificates are available for purchase!
Simply reach out to Tim, or stop by the Hood River pick-up location (on Mondays from 4:45 to 6:15 pm). 


How do I package and return my glassware?

  1. Wash containers (we wash and santize all containers again after we receive them). 

  2. Place all lids back onto appropriate containers.

  3. Place dishware back into original bag.

  4. Put bag in your car! (Trust me, it will just collect dust if you skip this step!)

  5. Drop bag and glassware off the following Monday when you pick up your Healthy Meals. If Tim delivers to you, please place bag outside your front door.
